Our certified instructions work with you to formulate an exercise program targeted at your specific needs and fitness goals. They have the knowledge and training to help you reach your fitness goals. They will assess your strengths and weakness with a fitness assessment as well as educate you about proper nutrition, general health, and measure your success.
Our personal and group fitness instructors have the goals of not only motivating you to achieve your fitness goals, but to provide you feedback and help you to achieve physical wellbeing through guided exercise and nutritional counseling.
